Refund Eligibility

Guarantee of Satisfaction: Provided you are not satisfied with your logo design, you might request a refund in 14 days from the date you have received your final design files. To get a refund, you must give particular feedback about what doesn’t satisfy you.

Technical Issues: In case there are technical difficulties with downloading or accessing the design files for some reason, please contact our support team. Depending on the situation, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible, and if it cannot be resolved, a refund may be possible.

Duplicate Orders: If you have accidentally placed more than one order for the same logo, you can request a refund of the duplicate order within 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Situations

Design Approval: By approving the final logo design, you acknowledge that the sale is final, and no refunds will be granted.

Change of Mind: No refunds are given to a customer just because one changes their mind after delivery of the design.

Custom Requests: If you requested a custom logo design for yourself, under no circumstances will it be refundable after the design has been delivered.

Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. It may also contact you for further information to deliberate on your request.

Refund Decision: If the request gets approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
